Currently, he is working at Worcester Royal Hospital as a Specialist Oral Surgeon, undertaking further training on the pathway to become a Consultant in Oral Surgery.
His clinical experience includes surgical dental extractions, management of impacted wisdom teeth, implants and oral surgery procedures carried out under local anaesthesia, intravenous sedation, and general anaesthesia. He regularly works within multidisciplinary teams and maintains high standards of clinical governance and patient safety.
Karan is dedicated to continuing professional development and regularly attends national courses and conferences to remain at the forefront of oral surgery techniques. His clinical approach is calm, methodical, and patient-centred, with particular emphasis on managing dental anxiety and ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their treatment journey.
