This lovely patient had been living with severe gum disease, which caused her upper front teeth to become very loose and eventually need removal.
To restore both function and aesthetics, we placed two dental implants to replace the front teeth and used composite bonding on the adjacent teeth to recreate the appearance of lateral incisors, which the patient was congenitally missing.
Importantly, we preserved the natural gap between her front teeth—a small but meaningful detail that had always been part of her smile and personality.
